On June 19th, Mark Robinson joined the Livingston County United Way team as Interim Executive Director. Mark recently retired from 22 years at Livingston County Catholic Charities and offered to provide support and guidance to the board as they establish search parameters for a new Executive Director.
The board is excited that Mark is willing to share his years of experience with United Way in this interim role. With Mark’s support, the board will be able to take the time to explore options and ideas for the future.
Jeanne Clum, former Livingston County United Way Development and Marketing Director, has stepped back into the position as interim, as of July 24th. Jeanne previously served in this capacity, but retired in 2018, after serving for 18 years. Jeanne has worked with other local businesses and organizations during her career of many years.
“With Mark and Jeanne bringing their talents to the organization, along with a tremendously supportive board, Livingston County United Way is in a solid place,” stated Katie Pikkarainen, Livingston County United Way Board President. “We’re moving forward and continuing to have a great impact on our community.”
Along with Finance Director Caryn Butzke, who joined team in November, Mark and Jeanne will be working closely with the board during this interim period. Livingston County United Way will continue to advance all the programs and initiatives during this transitional time, with Day of Caring and the annual Campaign well underway.
